S.5B (1) of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 ("CDPA") as amended defines a "film" as

"a recording on any medium from which a moving image may by any means be produced."

Without prejudice to any copyright subsisting in a sound track as a sound recording, the sound track accompanying a film falls within the above definition (s.5B (2) and (4)).

The definition of a photograph is therefore sufficient to cover any still image produced digitally.
