This site will be the repository for all the articles, case notes, precedents and presentations that have been contributed by NIPC members since 1997. 

NIPC  was the first, and is still the only, full-time, specialist intellectual property and technology set outside London. Founded in Manchester in 1997 as an annexe of a London patent set it now covers the whole of the United Kingdom, including Scotland.
